A modification of the default MM2 newsfeed. A news ticker similar to the ones you see on TV news channels (CNN, ESPN, MSN, etc.). Shows the logo the main headline, and a short description.
my name is Axel, I am from Hamburg and I found your great Modul (MMM-NewsFeedTicker) on github. It is just fantastic to read the News in the morning just during brushing my teeth. My whole family is so happy with your Modul so we dont want to miss it!
I am not a great Programmer, actually I just started with the raspberry Pi so I ve got a question about your Modul.
What I found out is that the time in between one feed is displayed is to short for me. What I want to say is that before the sentence reaches its end it is just starting again from the beginning. Its round about 16 seconds to the next start of the same sentence so I never can read it to the end?!.
What I did is like you said in your description I increased the speed of moving the feed from right to left (the Value is 1000 now) but I did not get the correlation in your code to increase the length of the displayed time for each feed. I would like to increase it to get the possibility to read it to its end!?
Could you help me with that and please dont forget I am an absolute beginner in coding and all that stuff;-)
