Research screen doesn't show CPU count for Sleep and CPU Pool. #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the research screen.
2. Assign at least one base to Sleep or CPU Pool.
3. Select Sleep or CPU Pool in the list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A CPU count should be shown.  None is.
