We haven't gotten a reply back on this, so it looks like we'll have to ship it
as-is
for 0.28 and hope someone gets annoyed enough to fix it for 0.29

Greetings, eternal1, glad to have your interest. What you'll need to do is
download
a copy of the latest SVN, go into the data directory, and update the *_es_AR.dat
files, using the matching *_en_US.dat files as reference.
* Entries that are in es_AR but not en_US have been removed from the game, but
may
still be useful in translating other sections.
* Entries marked !!!like this!!! are the raw, untranslated English of a new
entry.
* Other entries have already been translated, but the source may have changed
since.
We are told that the old es_AR could use work, even before the changes that have
been made, so you'll probably want to do a full pass sooner or later.
To get the files back to us, you can attach them here or on
endgame-singularity-dev.
If you happen to have git sitting around (ignore this otherwise): The easiest
pathway
from my side is to work on the (publicly-writable) mob branch of
http://repo.or.cz/w/singularity-git.git ( human-readable webpage, push to
git+ssh://mob@repo.or.cz/srv/git/singularity-git.git ).

I ran that traduko thing, used Google to translate into Spanish, and reordered
by hand.
In rare cases Google didn't know the Spanish word for something so I had to do
some
research, but for the most part I just used what Google gave.
I'm sure a native speaker would be able to do a better job.
Some notes:
(a) There are some labels that are hard-coded as English.
(b) Should it be "Antarctic" or "Antarctica"? I thought the latter, so that is
what
I used.
(c) Would be nice to have an automated way to know whether there is a hotkey
conflict.
(d) Is socioanalytics intended to be analysis of society or analysis of
sociology? I
used the latter.

Changes incorporated in git commit dcff13af.. I would still like to see a
native speaker bang on this, though, so leaving it open.
