when you build processors the cash on hand jumps apparently relative to the
number of processors already in the warehouse, may alkso be relative to the
cost of the processors i dont know yet.the money left after build (the
number in the () however does not jump so you wind up with having the
amount you should have after the build is complete. however this bug would
allow one to economically jump from warehouse to warehouse when building
processors that take longer then warehouses to build.
