Separate dfm from dotfiles #4

Having dotfiles and dfm itself managed in the same repository but different branches leads to a very odd workflow. It should be possible to do development on dfm without having to switch to master and lose all of those delicious dotfiles.

This is done. The original dotfiles repo will still exist as a starter repo for people who don't have a dotfiles repo already and this repo will be where dfm itself is developed.
