Migrate to manifest V3 #54

Migrate the manifest file to V3 as it provides more granular permissions and will be required eventually.

NOTE: There is a bug with the Thunderbird submission page which prevents me from submitting an add-on with the latest manifest. Will have to wait until that is fixed first.
