Second, We are currently very tight on development resources and adding new lists, If timing is a key issue for you, we recommend you join the existing community SUNSWAP list, for example: Tron Alliance List: https://github.com/listtronalliance/tronalliance. However, its requirements are very strict.

At last, you must submit correct website. Thanks

how to create pair if my token isn't listed there? i couldn't found the token or contract address listed there

If you want to createPari, you can refre to https://sunswap.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047261972-How-to-create-a-trading-pair
The website refers to the website of your project.
If the token satisfies the following conditions, it can be added to the "Tron Alliance List" : (1)The token page on Transcan has a official website,and the official website should not look like a clone. (2)The token page on Transcan needs at least 1 social profile,and all community members together need to reach a total of 10,000 people (3)There must be a Token-TRX or Token-USDT Liquidity pool. (4)In order of liquidity from most to least, select the top 10 tokens with 24-hour trading volume greater than $10,000,and maintain for at least two months. (5)The liquidity of the exchange pool must be greater than $100,000. (6)If the tokens move back in the liquidity rankings or 24 hours trading volume less than $10,000 , the token will be removed
