report_gen.py graphing old genes #53

Hi,

I think the graphing will leave soon, but since I can't get the new nodejs to
connect to my ga-bitbot (see the other issue), I'm still focussing on it. One
thing I notice is that report_gen keeps graphing old genes, not the best of the
best, which I kind of was expecting.

For instance, I've got the following quartile 1 (abbreviated):

Quartile: 1 :: Thu Feb 14 13:29:28 2013
generation: 49
id: a79cb938f4b9c782-8162f6ef8bc40614
score: 344404.753759
msg: Balance: 1090.74554956; Wins: 291; Loss:38; Positions: 329

But report_gen just graphed the following:

Quartile: 1 (344404.7538)
Inverse MACD Result (target): 17.4960311333
Last buy order was 519 periods ago.
Score: 85267.3058892
creating charts...

With data:

Opening Balance: $1000
Closing Balance: $1029.92906447
Transaction Count: 121
Win: 109
Loss: 12

I tried running report_gen.py manually and of course reloading the page, but it
doesn't seem to help. For the 4th quartile it's even worse, I get empty graphs
('NO ORDER TO REPORT') but I've got a gene with score 199592.232166...

It seems that report_gene is not using the best gene to graph? Or am I
misunderstanding something? How would I go around debugging this?
