settings not saved

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open an existing vm config change something an hti save/ok

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the animated load/save/wait window to disappear after a few seconds. 
but i last foever.

i have to reload the browser...

What version of phpVirtualBox, VirtualBox, and PHP are you using? On what
operating system?
ubuntu 10.04 server lighttpd fastcgi php browser macOS chrome

i recently upgraded from phpvirtualbox-4.0-3 to  phpvirtualbox-4.0-4b

in phpvirtualbox-4.0-3  everything worked as expected.

while making a video of the error i discovered a JS error. maybe thats the 
reason for this..
