Feature request: link to generate .RDP file #227

For each VM, I can connect to the console using the web-based RDP client. I can
just as easily copy/paste the info into Microsoft's RDP client. I'd like a link
that I can just click to open the MS RDP Client (based on the assumption that
.rdp files are associated).

ideally, a settings page could allow configuration of default choices (screen
resolution, local resources, connection speed, etc)

When a VM is running, the RDP port number on the VM details page is already a
link that generates an RDP file. I do not know that there is any way to tell
windows not to auto-connect, and give you configuration items.

By default, the Details page identifies that the Server Port is actually a
range (3389-4000). The console page in contrast, identifies the specific port
used by the specific VM.
