expose VBoxManage modifyvm <vm> --natbindip1 in GUI #232

I would like to propose adding an option for setting the nat ip address on 
interfaces using NAT.

This can be important for SSL/TLS applications or when requiring host 
certificates.

This has been added to the latest version of phpVirtualBox 4.0-6.
