Show baseline / ascender / descender #235

I just had to compare two fonts, one of which was supposed to be a transformed version of the other. It was very hard to find a tool to do this, because very few tools actually show where the baseline is. A thin line across the baseline would make it so much easier. And while doing that, why not have ascender/descender/etc visible too? (Maybe an option.)

Definitely makes sense as an option, including your ascender/descender suggestion.

To see the vertical baseline when doing vertical layout may also be useful.
