This fixes #28.

I have added a maven-invoker-test and a README.md.

@jutzig , would you mind having a look and merging this? If you approve it, when do you think we could have a new release? :)

Had some trouble with my gpg keyring unfortunately, but it looks like the 1.3.0 release went through now. Should hopefully show up on maven central in a few hours.
