Github can generate access tokens for API access. This PR allows the access token to be provided as the <privateKey> property of a server configuration.

We'd actually like to use this plugin for a production build. Any chance of a new versioned release and getting it into something like Maven central?

OK, I can do that. Give me a few days to take care of the formalities and then I'll publish a release to Maven central. I'll probably use MIT or Apache License, I hope that works for you...
