ComicTagger won't open; gives error in command line

What version of ComicTagger are you using?
1.1.15-beta

On what operating system (Mac, Linux, Windows)? What version?
Windows 7 Home Premium

GUI or command line?
GUI, but it errors in the command line before opening the GUI

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Double-click comictagger.exe
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It used to open the command line, run through some script, and then open the 
GUI. Now it opens the command line, runs through some script, gives an error 
(see attached screenshot), and closes automatically.

Please provide any additional information below.
What's odd is that ComicTagger used to work, and suddenly wouldn't open. And in 
the screenshot, you can see that it's referencing \Users\tony/Dropbox/..... but 
I don't have a user named Tony on my computer.

I should note that I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and even using 
versions prior to 1.1.15, and get the same result every time.

I have the exact same error and i have no idea why, was working perfectly then 
suddenly stopped
