confusing who is sending the message? #18

the left-hand side 在线聊天 is confusing I assume that choosing one 'bot-account' would only show chats for that bot-account instead it will show chats for ALL bot accounts...

Then when two bots are in the same chat, I am not sure how to control who sends the message.

I sent a message using the same chat window leaving 在线状态 checked it seems the first message is sent as one user then the chat is 'claimed' by another bot-user and second message is then sent as the second user?

At least, I think that's what happened.

So, a simpler way to assign or claim a chat to a specific bot-account / agent would be good.

In the page above, the sender is the one that in the blue circle. It will always be consist with it.

If you have multiple bots in one wechat group, and they are in the same room, you will see multiple rooms with the same room name under 全部 tab. Clicking among them, you will see the avatar changing.
