Upgrade to Vue 3 #52

Are there plans to upgrade this bot to work with Vue 3?

@davykiash Actually, I've already been developing Vue 3 version in the next branch, but currently it's just a scaffolding. I will try to keep going but I think it can't be soon because I have less time at this moment.

@noahmercado Sorry mate, I think it cannot be soon. I'm stuck with another UI Library. But hopefully I can restart the work on this repo on about QII, 2024.

I am currently on a Hackathon and I wanted to use this component of yours but since you didn't upgrade it to Vue3 I couldn't this is Soo unfortunate I hope u upgrade it soon

@fatimazehra1 @Ala404 Thank you for your interest in this package. I will consider continuing the work on this for Vue 3. I'm just struggling with the project structure, so it's currently stuck at the first steps.
