german translation #202

Hello. I really like your project/software and wanted to contribute to it. So here is my German translation. I don't know if I did it right, and I also don't know how to test it. But if everything is fine, and it works, I would be very happy.

Thanks! I had to update also some other files (more importantly src/CMakeLists.txt). Integrated now in c773a629bd7091c4a3d2e368880e295fa7adc930.
