Updated heimer_en.ts file. #204

Spanish translation updated from the new source. The terms Cancel, Export and Optimize, like those in the Export to PNG, Export to SVG and Optimize Layout windows, should be included for translation. Could the Font window terms (font, font style, size, etc.) also be included?

The font window is opened by Qt framework so I'm not sure how that goes. I guess it should be translated if the OS language is changed.

Thank you juzzlin. In my case, in spite of using the OS in Spanish language, the Font window terms are still in English language. Thank you for your work.
