Should override LOGNAME to reflect true user daemon runs as.

There are other similar environment variables used by some systems, eg. USER. 
Should check for all 
and set to what daemon process actually runs as rather than that inherited from 
Apache parent, 
which is usually root.

Full list of variables of this type which are often set, depending on system 
are USER, USERNAME  and LOGNAME.
