Add WIKI documentation on WSGIApacheExtensions #179

Graham mentioned the option of passing a CObject proxying the Apache 
request object in embedded mode. This is configured by the WSGIApacheExtensions 
directive, but the only place that is documented is in 
the wiki page ChangesInVersion0200 (I found that by searching for “CObject” 
in the wiki). This should be included in the ConfigurationDirectives page.

It actually changed in mod_wsgi 3.0 to be:

  WSGIPassApacheRequest On|Off

That this occurred isn't documented at all, not even in change notes, so yes 
this stuff all needs to be 
documented.
