That link works fine for me.

What page is this on anyway?

The links on the page:

http://code.google.com/p/modwsgi/wiki/InstallationOnWindows

don't link to the individual files but to the download area entry. The links 
which are in turn listed on those pages are 
produced by Google and not be me. If they don't work then it is likely a 
temporary issue with Google.
