Add coin icons on the balances page #30

Proposal: Place currency icons 😍 in front of the currency shortcode

If you agree what would be the best approach? Gather all icons as static files? svgs or pngs?

Haha, i was looking into this today. Found this: https://github.com/cjdowner/cryptocurrency-icons

Icons should be SVG, less requests to the internet :-)
