align optimized matrices with initial matrices using compare-matrices #18

To visualise the impact of matrix optimisation, align the final matrices selected by optimize-matrices-FA with the input matrices.

Note that compare-matrices does a 1-to-N alignment rather than a clustering, but this will be more appropriate to see the relationship between each final motif and one or several similar motif(s) in the input data.
