[x] Collect all the score tables produced by optimize-matrix-GA
[x] filter the selected motifs ($$10==1)
[x] sort by decreasing AuROC score
[ ] generate two separate tables: before optimization (gen0) and after optiojnzation (gen20)
[x] add a rank per factor
[x] select the top 4 per factor
[ ] from each of these, retrieve the matrices from the TRANSFAC file

We finally kept all th results of all thengeneration in the same TSV table, which was then converted to an xlsx file for final selection of matrices

optimized (top-raking matrices for each TF:experiment couple after 20 generations
added some of the primary matrices produced bby peak-litufs
