Images for individual Package and Flights #49

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is becoming apparent that larger missions with multiple packages require the ability to put in imagery (Not related to targets) at the flight and package level.

Describe the solution you'd like Ability to add multiple images within the flight and Package screens in a similar fashion to the mission level page.

Here's a great example:

Now that you've scrolled to the bottom of this image, imagine if there were 15 giant images, one after the other on the main mission page for every flight in the mission. It'd be clunky and unworkable.

We need package and flight level images.
