Update to PlantUML 1.2022.5 #76

removed PlantUML 1.2018.1 added PlantUML 1.2022.5 updated plantuml.py to reflect these changes

Sorry that this took a bit. I wanted to verify that the PlantUML JAR attached was actually the unmodified one from upstream. (Ironically, they seem to have created a new release since you submitted this.)
