update readme with more basic usage info #66

I added a little example showing a simple usage of this awesome addon! I think it would help people who don't know imgui (like me!) in getting a quicker grasp of the most basic stuff, so that you can quickly jump on from ofxGui.

Thanks! I do think we need some more basic OF usage in an example but I found keeping code in the README often became outdated and unnoticed.
