Not issue, but strange #218

After last update from v0.55-287-g92377c15 to v0.55-296-g425aab78 the receive level has fallen a little (about 2db).

Nothing has changed in the decoder so difficult to explain. It could be that after the restart CPU runs on a different frequrency and results in different background noise? Perhaps a bit far fetched but don't have another explanation.
