Naming #83

Standardise the name of the software:

  1. RASCAL
  2. Rascal
  3. rascal ?

And then update the name everywhere.

Let's go for lower case rascal. Opinions: (1) looks like we're a FORTRAN package (2) is awkward if it's mid-sentence and seems silly to only cap one letter, and (3) is simple.
