PDF Printing Support #267

Request (what should the feature do?):
Have a PDF print mode that can print a specified PDF file or all PDF files in a 
specified directory.

Importance (why should we develop it?):
Rounds out PDF support.  As courses increasingly move towards electronic 
handins of non-code assignments, better PDF support will be desired.

Note also that this should not be hard to implement--a call lpr will work just 
fine.

This is not needed this semester, as CS15 and CS123 do not need this, so I am 
pushing it back to 5.0.

it would be great to append the login/name of the student on the page. Some 
people don't put their name in the file.

Modifying the PDF output in any way is really non-trivial, we can open a 
separate issue for that which is blocked on this one.
