Aside from UI changes, we'd also need to write the theme preferences for the user to the database so they persist across sessions.

Board themes are now implemented with 42fca3ddd5433373f065dd25636b1f23bdc22df2. For now there are 10 board themes, taken from lichess.

Will leave piece themes out of this for now.
