In the meantime, I created a (very minimal) utility that can combine lines (which can then be imported with the import PGN feature): https://www.brick.codes/pgn/

1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 exd4 4.Nxd4 Nxd4 5.Qxd4 d6 6.Nc3 Nf6 7.f3 Be7 8.Be3 O-O 9.O-O-O
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.d4 d6 4.d5 Nce7 5.c4 Nf6 6.Nc3 Ng6 7.h4 Bg4 8.Be2 c6 9.Be3 Be7 10.g3

->

1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 (3... d6 4. d5 Nce7 5. c4 Nf6 6. Nc3 Ng6 7. h4 Bg4 8. Be2 c6 9. Be3 Be7 10. g3) 4. Nxd4 Nxd4 5. Qxd4 d6 6. Nc3 Nf6 7. f3 Be7 8. Be3 O-O 9. O-O-O
