What about Rocky Linux? #6

I have used the instructions to install on Ubuntu, and it's great! But now I have a machine running Rocky Linux 8, which is bug-for-bug compatible with RHEL. Is it possible to install VMD with python there? Will similar steps to those outlined here work? Thanks in advance!!

Its probably possible to adapt these instructions to work in a RHEL environment. I just have never been able to test this, or work through the issues since all of my workstations are Ubuntu workstations. It is probably just a matter of adapting the commands I use to use yum instead of apt (and maybe changing the packages around), but I have no way to test this. You'd probably lose ACTC and some of the other packages I explicitly packaged up for Ubuntu, but those are really minor parts of VMD.
