Sound is interupted when switching scenes

[ ] Main scene should continue to play when switching to Settings or Level scenes
[ ] Disable/Enable sound in settings should reflect to all scenes
[ ] Disable/Enable FX sound in settings should reflect on coins sound

*As an idea to put it to the GameSettings since it is not destroyed between scenes.
