Research — Find DE genes in liver cancer #28

Specifically: Liver_hepatocellular_carcinoma

Look for 2-4 papers within the last ~4-5 years (ideally in papers where RNA-seq was used instead of microarrays) that list their findings for differential expression of genes.

Summarize important points for each paper: sample sizes, genes, pathways those genes are associated with, etc.
