Make perf-map-agent work with '-agentpath' option again #63

Implement Agent_OnLoad
Implement Agent_OnUnload
Handle the case where options is NULL

Not sure the modified Agent_OnAttach is correct though because I tested this only with -agentpath option. Please feel free to tell me what to fix.

@trustin at this moment I'm a bit worried that no tests exist for this project. It would be good if some kind of test for this feature was included.
