@jvoermans what is the timeline? When should the instrument be shipped / deployed?

The AAD deadlines are always a bit tricky to read, but the absolute deadline is February. It would be great to have a functioning sketch of the program by mid-December, which leaves me with plenty of time to build the instruments.

Having said that, by that time the Svalbard deployment might be possible as well (ignoring COVID restrictions for now). That reminds me to contact Kirill and Aleksey about deployment...

Ok, that sounds excellent, this is good time.

Yes, I think it would be great to call for a meeting about the Svalbard financing you got, have a summary of what money you got for what, and what everyone should contribute :) .
