Add tutorial for docs on SSM clustering that shows fit_model_parameters() #3

To demonstrate how to determine SSM coefficients, we should add a jupyter notebook tutorial. This may require creation of a toy dataset to enable creating two groups of similar shapes, but with sufficient difference to separation of SSM coefficients.

Could use torus dataset (with unscaled landmarks). Example would plot Mode 1 vs outer radius.
