Move the files originally found in the mock project to a subdir #127

Move the following to src/adapter

extension.ts debugAdapter.ts daffodilRuntime.ts daffodilDebug.ts adapter.test.ts activateDaffodilDebug.ts

Something more appropriate than adapter would be fine too...
