Update "Launch a debugging section" docs to include UI buttons #137

I.e., the "Debug File" and "Run File" UI elements that appear along with the file tab.

In the wiki this is at https://github.com/jw3/example-daffodil-vscode/wiki#launch-a-debugging-session.

Maybe de-emphasize the launch.json methods in favor of UI and command palette?
