Device will depend on PiJack status

Configured this on pi1. Need to push configuration up here.

  1. Fix up /etc/default/isc-dhcp-server
  2. update-rc.d isc-dhcp-server start

Add 2 to the setup scripts

Not using PiJack at this time https://github.com/jw3/mvf/issues/9#issuecomment-333492034
