Feature Request: Flash microphone settings #1

Would it be possible to add a settings option to the SWF? It would need to call "Security.showSettings(Security.MICROPHONE)" to show the microphone settings tab in flash.

Normally, I would right-click on the flash object and choose Settings. but when I right-click, one computer has Settings grey'd out an the other just hangs up the browser for a few seconds

. I would be happy to update the Javascript following your current conventions if time is short.

This project is exactly what I need.

Hey Brett, thanks for the feedback! I've planned to put some work into the project next week and will consider the feature. But feel free to fork and send a pull request! :)

I would really like to do that, but I would only be able to update the JavaScript. There is no SoundRecorder.as file to make the changes in flash.

the flash part is still maintained in another repository: https://github.com/jwagener/Recorder

it's kind of a mess right now and maybe makes sense to merge them into one repo. j

Hey Brett,

i've merged the projects into https://github.com/jwagener/recorder.js You can trigger the showFlash now with: Recoder.flashInterface().showFlash()
