Can't seem to record podcasts?

I have followed you guide in the link for Why podcasts/others are detected as ads and cannot be recorded? and appear to have the correct settings -

I am trying to record the Parenting hell podcast Here

It looks to be recording correct and says in the logs it is recording episodes, but all I seem to get are mp3's containing all the adverts, and the podcasts themselves seem to get deleted? -

Hope you can shine some light on what I am doing wrong.

After the episode finished and it started the next one, all i was left with in my folder were the perfectly recorded adverts, that are about 1 min long..

I'm experiencing the same thing with Spotify Free.

I havve Spotify Premium, tried ti with a free account as well and the same..

I really want to listen to my podcast on my phone without having to change podcast apps! I'm hoping to have a fix to offer in the next few days, depending upon my free time.

I have created a process that seems to work for me, but I have not published it..yet...if I get some time this week I will document it and release it for you.

Thanks. I submitted a fix, so we'll see how that goes!

A fix was pushed based on the setting "record everyting" so it does not break the recorder and it will be able to detect if the track (podcast) was already recorded so it can skip it.
