cannot start httpfox, because there is no symbol #137

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. having win 8.1
2. install firefox 28.0
3. install httpfox 0.8.12

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect a symbol of httpfox to start the plugin. i can't find any symbol of 
httpfox, so i can't start the plugin. other plugins work.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.12 on win8.1 64bit

The icon is NOT shown in Firefox 29, event the add-on is enabled. Another user 
has the same issue, see

It would be great, if this could be fixed... HttpFox is such a great tool!
