Would it be possible to add an option that allows to auto start logging
when the windows is opened?

Actually, an option is unnecessary. When somebody opens the HttpFox window he
certainly doesn't want to study the controls or to stare at the blank list. So 
the
first time it is opened it should start logging immediately. When closed and
re-opened it should keep its state as it does already.
