Hex dump in POST Data #66

This is an enhancement request, not a bug report.

The request is to add an option to the radio buttons on the bottom of the
"POST Data" tab.  In addition to "Pretty" and "Raw" it'd be wonderful to
have a "Hex dump" option that shows the posted data in dual-column
hex/plaintext format, a la the standard command-line utility "hexdump -C".
Right now, I'm looking at a post data view, but most of it is binary data
and it's just a bunch of question marks in diamonds (the usual UTF-8 "I
don't know what this is" glyph).  Being able to see the raw binary data
would be fantastic for web development.
