Would be nice if working with Seamonkey too #71

As Seamonkey is much closer to Firefox since 2.0 it would be great to make
httpfox compatible.

+1 Me too! ;)

httpfox is great for debugging ... but i don't like to have 2 applications
(firefox +
thunderbird) installed - I prefer the all-in-one suite.

I can get httpfox to load in seamonkey with a modified "install.rdf" but it
did't
show up in the statusbar. I think this is "only" a little problem with the XUL
file
or so - this should'n be to difficult to fix.

Hi Headcrash,

me also could install it in Seamonkey after editing the install.rdf.
Now I found out that you simply can call
chrome://httpfox/content/HttpFoxWindow.xul
to open httpfox interface in a window/tab.
Thats a workaround to use httpfox within seamonkey.

+1 add me to the list. I'd like to see Httpfox support installing in SeaMonkey
2.x,
even if "as is" without formal support.

You can add this (taken from AdBlock Plus) to your unzipped install.rdf from the
httpfox.xpi:

        <em:targetApplication>
            <!-- SeaMonkey -->
            <Description>
            <em:id>{92650c4d-4b8e-4d2a-b7eb-24ecf4f6b63a}</em:id>
            <em:minVersion>2.0</em:minVersion>
            <em:maxVersion>2.1a1pre</em:maxVersion>
            </Description>
        </em:targetApplication>

@tommoosach
Thanks for the chrome link, works very well for me :).

Lets rename httpfox to httpseafox :-p
