This PR updates romeo to 0.6.0 which replaces exml for fast_xml. This PR also fixes #3

I will update this PR with fixes that will be released in the coming 0.7.0 release of Romeo.

@scrogson I've been happily using a forked fast_xml for a while, are there any further changes needed wrt 0.7.0 of Romeo for this plugin?
