What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create KBArticle entity
2. Cannot set StateCode directly
3. Need to implement SetStateKbArticleRequest

Ignore previous URL - relates to CRM 3.0.

In 2011, we use

One "SetStateRequest" applies to all different entities; States depend on the 
entity, and can potentially be customised...
